안녕하세요?
어느덧 여름이 훌쩍 다가왔습니다.
우리 학생들 올 여름엔 어떤 캠프를 보낼지 고민하고 계신가요?
애플에서는 미국 현지 학교에서 진행하는 약 3~4주 동안의 캠프를 진행하고 있습니다.
학교에 따라 다소 차이가 있으나 3~4주 비용이 500~약550만원정도 합니다.
(홈스테이, 학비, 비행기 포함/개인용돈 등 개인적인 비용 불포함)
나래에서는 약5개 정도의 학교의 커리큘럼을 바탕으로 오전에는 수업 오후에는 액티비티로 이루어지는 캠프를 진행합니다.
출발은 개별 출발이며 한국에서 같이 가는 학생들이 있을 경우 함께 출발 가능합니다.
프로그램은 동부와 서부, 홈스테이와 보딩으로 나누어지며 홈스테이 프로그램을 추천해드립니다.
기간은 7월29일~8월19일까지 약 3주간 입니다.
4주 프로그램으로 진행하는 학교들도 있습니다.
한국인들끼리 어울려하는 프로그램이 아니라 세계각구에서 온 학생들이 프로그램에 참여하기 때문에 학생들의 만족도가 높으며 미국으로 유학을 희망하는 학생들의 좋은 경험을 해볼 수 있는 기회 입니다.

Monday-Friday Daily Schedule:
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon: English Study/Classes
12:00 Noon – 12:30 p.m.: Lunch Break
12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: “Experience Oregon” Cultural Activities
“Experience Oregon” Activities:
7/29: Host Family/Orientation
7/30: Anderson’s Blueberry Farm/E.E. Wilson Wildlife Refuge:
· We’ll be visiting a blueberry field, picking and enjoying fresh Oregon Blueberries. Then, we’ll travel to a nearby wildlife refuge and pick and enjoy native, wild Oregon blackberries.
7/31: Rickreall Dairy:
· Visit to a local Oregon diary to see how the farm operates and where milk comes from! It stinks, but it is interesting!
8/1: Benton County Fair:
· Small county fairs are an important part of U.S. culture. You will be able to see the farm animals, ride rides, enjoy “fair food” and have a good time at this unique American event! (Participants will pay for rides, foods, games, etc.)
8/2: Otter Beach Water Park:
· This afternoon we will join students from the community at a local aquatics facility nearby. Bring your swimsuit for an afternoon of fun!
8/3: Park & Picnic:
· We’ll have summer fun the American way with food, games, and fun in a beautiful local park!
8/4: Host Family
8/5: Host Family
8/6: Oregon Coast Aquarium:
· We’ll visit the most popular tourist attraction on the Oregon Coast. You will enter an underwater tunnel surrounded by sharks and other fish! Bring money for souvenirs!
8/7: Overnight Camp-Out
· We’ll sleep in the great outdoors for an American overnight camp experience!
8/8: Overnight Camp-Out
· We’ll return from our camp-out mid-day. There will be no classes today!
8/9: Let’s Go Fishing!:
· You will enjoy an afternoon fishing in a nearby wildlife refuge pond...a popular American past time!
8/10: Park & Picnic:
· We’ll have summer fun the American way with food, games, and fun in a different, but beautiful local park!
8/11: Host Family
8/12: Host Family
8/13: Horseback Riding!:
· We’ll be cowboys for the afternoon! You’ll have the opportunity to ride a horse today! Woo-hoo!
8/14: Valley River Center Mall:
· Today, you’ll have some time in a large U.S. mall! Buy some gifts for your family!
8/15: Let’s Go Fishing!:
· We’ll travel to a different pond for another afternoon of fishing...a popular American past time! If you catch some, maybe we can eat them!
8/14: Valley River Center:
· Shopping for gifts for your family in a large (by Oregon standards!) mall!
8/16: Otter Beach!!!:
· Back to Otter Beach for another afternoon of water fun! Bring your swimsuit!
8/17: Park & Picnic:
· We’ll have summer fun the American way with food, games, and fun in a different, but beautiful local park! We’ll invite host families to come and share a late lunch with us!
8/18: Good bye!
